Power Logistics is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected in line with the General Data Protection Regulations.
What we collect from the Contact Form on our Website:-

- E-Mail Address

What we do with the information we gather:-
This information is forwarded to our admin@powerlog.co.uk e-mail address along with your message. We then use the information as follows:-
- To respond to your enquiry
- If your enquiry is a sales enquiry we will contact you further and log your details as an “enquiry” this would include name, phone number, e-mail address. This enquiry would be added to if you ask us to quote and if we carry out work for you.
- If your enquiry is regarding working for us and you send a CV or other details these will be forwarded to our HR Department. Your details will remain on our secure server for 9 months before they are deleted unless you are offered employment or a contract with us, in which case they are retained as per our Employee/Contractor Privacy Notice and Data Retention Policy. Data is only accessed by personnel who are authorised to do so.
- If you ask to be added to our newsletter database your name and e-mail address will be logged in our email marketing system Mailchimp (see details below).
